When DiHG Eco-Prise set out to create its Permaculture Design Course, we knew collaboration would be key. To design a comprehensive 72-hour curriculum, we invited local experts and organizations to join the process. Master Gardeners, Climate Stewards, Naturalists, and Science Educators brought their expertise to the table, enriching the program with diverse perspectives and deep knowledge.
The result is a curriculum that goes beyond permaculture principles, weaving together ecological science, climate resilience, and community empowerment. By involving these partners, we’ve created a program rooted in real-world application, blending theory with hands-on experience.
This course is more than an educational offering—it’s a community-built initiative that reflects our mission to foster sustainability through connection and shared knowledge. Together, we’re equipping students with the skills to design regenerative systems and inspire positive change in their communities.
